Pro-Mold Snap Case Help
I am trying to encase my Garrett Wolfe collection, and now that I am up to the thicker cards, I want to make sure I purchase the correct sized case. I am going to be using the 2 piece mini-snaps for all these. I like the overall look and feel of these. Here are the sizes I measured up using 07 PP base cards and using the guide Pro-Mold provided (http://www.pro-mold.com/QandAoftheMonth.htm):
07 Threads Rookie Class Letterman Auto Patch - 5 Reg. Card Thickness (Real Thick)
07 Threads RC Jersey /500 - 4 Reg. Cards (Thicker)
07 Threads RC Jersey /25 - 5 Reg. Cards (Real Thick)
07 Threads RC Jersey/Auto /25 - 4 Reg. Cards (Thicker)
07 Abs. Mem. RPM Spectrum Auto/5 - 5 Reg. Cards (Real Thick)
07 Abs. Mem. RPM Spectrum Jumbo Ball/Jsy /10 - 5 Reg Cards (Real Thick)
07 Abs. Mem. MOF Prime Jersey Auto /25 - 6 Reg. Cards (Real Thick)
07 SPX Tandems Dual Jersey - 3 Reg. Cards (Thicker Card)
07 SPX Silver and Gold Jersey/AU - 3 Reg. Cards (Thicker Card)
There are many more, but its pointless to post them all.
The process seemed self-explanatory, I just wanted to make sure I was going about it the right way. For the ones that I am getting 5 on, I am going up to the next size so I dont smash the card in there. Does this seem reasonable enough for me to tally up the score and calculate my damage? Thanks a lot

If you're going with the snap cases, definitely get a little bigger... Sometimes cards do get damaged due to them...
You should look at the one touch cases... I use them exclusively for my PC because they have the frosted border and give the card a nice look. The other option you have is to send them in to get graded... Once my new job starts kicking in with better commission checks I'll be sending in most of my Jets PC which is about 160 cards... The cards in the graded cases offer the ultimate protection in my eyes.... Expensive, but so worth it.

Very true. I did just get a new job that pays more, I may consider that. I will also take a look at those one-touch cases as well. Unfortunately, If I like those I will have to buy for all the others I already encased. Lol

lol... Yeah, I was once stuck on the screwdowns and when I "saw the light" with magnetics, it was a no brainer to switch them all... It also helped that my shop stopped carrying most screwdowns (they only have 35pt now)...
I figured with encasing all of my PC Jets cards, the total bill would be right around $1400, which includes shipping... It's a lot of money, but when you have to protect, you do what you have to do...
Oh yeah, did you get the Wolfe Classics /100 I sent you?

Yeah, lucky for me I guess Wolfe is new so there arent many out there of him yet (300+) *cough* but I think my collection will look very nice once I get everything in nice casings and SOMEHOW displayed. That will be fun! $1400 huh. Ouch, but a small price to pay to fully preserve your collectibles.
Ah was that you!? I was trying to find the thread and everything that had that in there and I never found it. Yes I did get it. Thanks. I also got all the others you sent with it. Very nice of you, I do appreciate it. :)
