God, what is wrong with me?
Don't know if this is the right section or not, cant figure it out.
Bottom line, Ive been HAD. Should've done more research before I started trading on this board. I just traded a card for another that was supposedly of the same BV. Only problem is the card i traded is selling for 95% of its BV on eBay, the card Im getting sold for 25% BV. My, what a fool I am. I feel like just keeping all my cards to myself from now on:icon_evil
I couldve sold my card and bought four of the one Im getting.:new_uklia

perhaps you should do some research before you trade. Not the other guys fault if you traded BV for BV.

okay, maybe Im being a bit hasty about it. Granted 07 first round pick WR autos are gonna bring a lot at first, especially when they are doing really good. And 03 1st round DEs are gonna even out over time. Guess you live and learn, and now I know exactly what questions to ask and when to stand my ground.
Im not a complete idiot, but you wouldnt BELIEVE the people that tried offering me CRAP cards for some of my nicer pulls just cuz they saw I was new and I liked the Ravens. Guess I just need to hang around a bit and keep learning.
One thing I dont understand is why some people are so anal about BVs. Fact of the matter is, I dont know who makes these values up, but some of them dont make sense. As with anything else thats worth anything its all about supply and demand. So if you have two cards that are worth $40 and one sells everywhere for $32-$38 consistenly and the other one for $10 are they really worth the same?

i would guess the other trader knew the bvs, but neglected to be completely honest with you. he didn't really have to be, but i expect good traders to be somewhat honest or we don't ever trade again. i have a list of them. you only lie or try to steal from me once. read my signature that follows.

yeah, he had 200+ feedbacks and no negatives. I don't think he was purposely being deceptive. I think if you look at the trade objectively it was fair, but IMO it wasn't. Well, what's done is done. I got my card today, and honestly Im not all that upset about it, it looks AWESOME.
