You might try using the SCF 'Advanced Search' feature and enter "PayPal". By using the Advanced Search feature, you can filter out those forums where sellers are merely 'accepting PayPal'.
You might also try Googling "PayPal experiences", "PayPal complaint", etc.

Quick tips for PayPal...
If you are buying on eBay make sure to fund using a credit card. In case of a bad transaction you can file for a chargeback with your credit card company. If you plan on selling on eBay, you'll probably need to upgrade your account to premier or business, which charge you fees every time someone sends you a payment.
Also, avoid the PayPal money market.

If you are selling on ebay, make sure you only deliver to "confirmed" addresses.

You are not protected by paypal if the individual who buys your items does not have a confirmed address. That means that the person never verified it with paypal. So if somebody gets there account hijacked, the scammer can pay with the victims paypal account and have the items shipped somewhere else.

Since you have an account with the bank you already have a routing number. Just call the bank and they will give it to you. If you would have a checking account, the routing number is the first 9 digits in the lower left corner of the check. If you want money to go to and from your account you will need that number.
