    Eagles throw 5-year extension to wide receiver Brown

    I know Sean will be happy about this news.
    Striking for the third time in less than two weeks to secure the services of a key, young player for the long term, the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday evening reached agreement with wide receiver Reggie Brown on a five-year contract extension, ESPN.com has learned.
    Now if Donte Stallworth could get a new hamstring, maybe the Eagles can start winning again!

    actually im not! id rather us spend money we dont need to be spending right now and add some LBs, our linebackers blow!

    He was a rook last year, we signed 3 rookies of last year to 5yr or 6yr extensions...why? They had like 3 years left already!
