Seahawks: Alexander and Hasselbeck Cleared to Practice

Shaun Alexander's doctors have reversed field. So now the league MVP can begin to prove that he can be the same again.

Pro Bowl quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will be right behind him. Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said Monday that both of his injured stars may play on Sunday at San Francisco, pending tests in practice this week.

Seattle did very well with them gone, so they could go on a string of victories. Funny how they both came back at the same time.

That's good to hear. I don't like the Seahawks but it always makes the league better when the big stars are playing.

With them playing the 49ers maybe they should only play a bit part and come back slowly. I would hate to see them get hurt again. Not a Seahawks fan but like quality players to play.
