    If it was on a pass play, which it appears to be, then I think it is a completly legal hit. Of course, I didn't see the whole play, so I can't be sure. But if he was trying to prevent the reciever from catching the ball, then I don't see why it's not legal.If he had clearly dropped the ball, then I would consider that a personal foul.
