    A little mailday.

This card came from Maple19 on a trade on here. I had not idea what the card would look like. Just knew that it was GILBERT auto/patch and numbered out of 15. SO when I opened the package I was beside myself. Thanks again Mike!!!

That piece that looks white in the middle is actually a LIME GREEN the flash kind of whited it out. So a 3 color beauty.

I recently mentioned that me and another friend trade things on occasion back and forth and we never know what is in the box. SO today I leave for work and there a box sitting on top of my mailbox and my neighbors. THE BOX.

So when I see it was addressed from TOM I was beside myself. I just had to wait 11 hours to get home to dig into the goodies. Was it worth it OF COURSE. A thanks to Tom as always though he never on the net. Here is what he sent:

He sends me his older tuff stuff, becketts, and of course the great PLUS which I love for shows due to pricing of all cards not just the recent one's. The crosby and orr were nice addition too now if I can just get Crosby to sign it one day. LOL

Those are just a few of the things he sent me a nice ARTIST PROOF of Patrick Roy with a few other tidbits.

Seems like someone busted a two boxes of BLACK DIAMOND and sent me a few pieces. Got to love the A.O. Jersey in the middle. WOOT WOOT

Then there are the rookies nothing to right home about but hey ROOK's:

    ladioslav smid 208 out of a 100

    mikko lehtonen #168

    Heather,
WIll send you a note as I can get the hockey stuff pretty much anytime I hit a show. Also, have a few guys around here that I could call if there is something your looking. Just holler as I am assuming you looking for the Kovy (I think he has a variation off hand also).

    Avalanchfan,
Thanks as I was surprised how sweet it was as I traded for it without a pic.

    Kool,
What do you have to offer something for it if you were to trade for it???

    Chris,
It always a long time when ya don't have a clue what is in the package. Same kind of feeling you get when you bust a box hoping for some mojo. As Tom doesn't hold back much unless it Patrick Roy there been some sweet cards in the past with the best being a Private STock rookie of Ilya.

Super fat mail you got there. I understand what you are talking about with regard to the lime-green not showing up. On one of my dual patch cards there is some lime-green that is whited out by the scanner. Super sweet patch!

    Kool,
