I have that same problem now and then when I am on for too long at a time looking at the computer screen and lately it's been getting worse.

I wear glasses but only for reading. Just had my eye exam last week and found out one reason why I have been having allot of trouble lately... have a cataract growing on my left eye. My diabetes and age are catching up with me I guess, lol.

Severe lack of sleep can cause it too. I had a really bad twitch in each eye (alternating) when I was getting about 3-4 hrs a night.....I've since adjusted my sleep patern and the twitch has gone.

My right eye especially will twitch if I'm on the computer or if I play my PS2 for a certain amount of time. I'm assuming it's caused from straining your eyes too much?? Maybe over-working the muscles? I dunno, it's aggravating though. I have a regular monitor, but am planning to get a flat monitor as I've also heard they're easier on the eyes.

I have found if I hop on first thing in the morning when I wake up my eyes get affected by the computer monitor. I don't wear glasses all the time, but I just wear them when using the computer. Perhaps if you are getting on first thing in the morn let your body wake up first then hop on.

And get some sleep if you are lacking it.
