Sage has Excellent Customer Service!

About 2 Weeks ago i Busted a Box of 2006 Sage Autograph Football, Where you are Suppose to get 11 Autos and 1 Jersey. Well my Box has 12 Crappy Autos So i then E-Mailed Sage about it, not expecting a whole lot just to let them know about my "Lemmon" of a box. Today i get a call and look at the Caller Id and it says Tom Geideman the President of Sage, He Says he Wants to help me out after my bad break and send me a Package of Autos and GU of Players i Collect, "not Reggie Bush/Vince Young ect" but thats cool and he takes my Info and Says they will be sending those out asap.

Now my thing is some people may not like Sage, but how many times has the President of Upper Deck or Playoff Called you after a Bad Box Break and Offered you some sort of Compensation? More than Likely NEVER! So this shows me alot and i will Continue to Support the Company that looks out for the Collector unlike most of these Huge Companys

That's awesome! It's refreshing to see card companies take interest in what their customers have to say and what problems they have. I know Press Pass has been great in racing. But I know that UD can be hard to get anything from. Great to hear!

I think Press Pass and Sage see a spot to jump into the mix...A lot of people including myself have been frustrated with some of the lack of "goods" in the higher end, UD, Donruss, Bowman, etc etc prodcuts

I think Sage has potential to come around, their Sage Exclusive product looked very nice this year

Let me know what you get. That is an awesome story. I totally dislike UD but can't stop liking the product. Favorite used to be topps but Donruss and Press Pass have taken the lead.

I've never dealt with Sage's support but I have had one dealing with Press Pass. One box of 05 press pass football only yielded 2 autographs. we all know you are supposed to get more than 2. I think 4 was the standard. I contacted PP and they said that they don't state odds. When I provided them with multiple sites that showed the same odds they said they wouldn't accept that as evidence since they aren't affiliated with those sites. So I didn't get any help. I wasn't expecting any but it would have been nice.

ouch only time i delt with press pass was in 1999 when i pulled a damaged akili smith auto and sent it in for replacment it took about 3 months lol
