    Fire- Updated with Pics

    what a day this has been.

    was sitting here looked up see smoke commign from the furnace smoke detectors went off, got up to look closer and see fire in there grabbed a big dish fileld it with water and flung it i nthere

    called 911 and got the kids and me out and the cat

    Luckily when i through the water in the fire went out i guess

    Waiting o nthe furnace guy to come see if he can tell what happened :giveup:

    Sorry to hear that Chris. I know that wasn't another issue you needed right now. Glad that everyone was out safely though and you are all OK.

    thanks guys

    come to find out jthe furnace misfired and sucked in the oil then the next time it lit the pressure shot the flames out the little latch you look in to see if its lit and when it did that it caught the air filter on the door on fire.

    there was so much pressure when it lit it blue the top of the chimney





    Lucky i got it out cuz as you can see it was gettign ready to go up the wall then it woulda hit the ceiling and spread fast
