I just hope he is full of piss & vinegar like Cowher was. He won't change the 3 - 4 defense even though the Vikings ran a 4 - 3. Lots of changes coming for the Steelers, whole new coaching staff. Now Tomlin has to hire a coaching staff, get ready for the Draft and get a acquainted with the players or at least the top dogs.

I think he'll fit in perfectly in in Pittsburg. He's a young coach, but commands respect from his players. The Vikings had a great run defense this year, and that is something that the Steelers are known for. A good find.

not a pass defense, cant be that good of a defense when u dont make the playoffs......

Well, from what i heard this afternoon, Grimm shipped out to arizona, not a big surprise after he didn't get the job, but Dick LeBeau is gonna stay on as the D cooridinator, and the Wr coach is gettin promoted to the O coor. spot...
