    Scanner help?

    Anyone good with scanners? I did nothing to it, did not make any changes...I dont know if a bulb blew or something inside it broke or what...but my default color is not a very HOT BRIGHT BLUE...and everything is blury and grainy...Im confused...here is a sample scan...any thoughts? help? etc.

    This is the scan 2 days ago when I last used my scanner

    the 1st scan is 72 dpi and looks good...the 2nd is 200 dpi and super blurry and messed up!
