Should Ralph Nader run in 2008?
It looks like Nader may run for U.S. President in 2008. He will likely take votes from Clinton or Obama. He had some words for Hillary.
"I don't think she has the fortitude. Actually she's really a panderer and a flatterer. As she goes around the country, you'll see more of that," Nader said.
On whether he would be encouraged to run if Clinton gets the Democratic nomination, Nader said, "It would make it more important that that be the case."

I voted for him before, and will vote for him if he runs again....the only way I don't see myself voting for him is if he is running against Perot.

I also voted for him. He has a point about Hillary, more of the same Demo/GOP BS...'think he's a bit old to run effectively now, though...

When Perot ran, it seemed as though people were actually listening to him. It has been a while since people actually listened to a Pres. I believe hole-heartedly, had he not dropped out he would have been elected. He was near the lead when he dropped out, and when he came back his numbers were on the rise. His 3rd time around didn't fair too well, as people started seeing him as weak, because he couldn't either stay in the race or stay out of it.

There was not a chance he would have been elected and he was not even close to the lead.

Perot sure was near the lead before he dropped out because of his daughter ( I think it was his daughter). When he came back no, not near the lead.

I stand corrected:
"At one point in June, Perot led the polls with 39% (versus 31% for Bush and 25% for Clinton). Just prior to the debates, Perot received 7-9% support in nationwide polls. It is likely that the debates played a significant role in his ultimate receipt of 19% of the popular vote. Although his answers during the debates were often general, Perot's wit, folkisms, and straight talking were so impressive that even many Democrats and Republicans conceded that Perot won at least the first debate."

Ross Perot is the reason Bill Clinton got into office. If it wasn't for him Be would have had 4 more years of Bush Sr and may never have heard of George W. Bush.

Maybe, except I don't think so. You seem upset that Bush wasn't re-elected, tell me what he did that was so phenominal? That's not to say that Clinton didn't have his share of screw up(I did not have sexual realtions with that woman), but what made him any less than what Bush Sr. was? And, had Bush Sr. be re-elected, I think that there wouldn't have been any "cheating" during the 2000 elections b/c Gerorge Dub Ya would've one easily. As long as kept preaching to finish his father's work.
