Congrats Josh (and finace`)!!! :appl:
Start hiding your money now in a shoebox so you'll have some card money after the nuptials!!! Life gets harder when you have a new boss handling all your money!!!
Don't forget... at the wedding reception, you'll get to have some fun with your new wife... you can do this...
and of course... this...
Just kidding ya buddy!!! After nearly 26 years of marriage... I have no complaints. I guess I learned about marriage from my parents (61 years of wedded bliss, LOL).
Congrats and wishing you both the best of luck and a lifetime of happiness together!!!

hey Don i think you're scaring him with these numbers.
My way was the easiest. My mom had given us a trip to gatlinburg tennessee for xmas. so i emailed the chamber of commerce for a listing of golf courses. what happened instead was i got put on a Super mailing list for the over 100 wedding chapels in Gatlinburg. So we talked about it and decided to get married down there.
$0 for the rings - I took my sister with us to pick them out and she wouldnt let me pay for them. that was her gift to us.
$100 for the minister.
$38.50 for the mariage license - exact change only
$0 for the church. we got married right in the Smoky Mountain Natl Park.
$45 for flowers
$0 for the reception. Mom wouldnt let us pay for it. we had it at a great restaurant in Pidgeon Forge.
No Pressure - No Stress - I even played a round of golf just hours before the ceremony.
The best part was all the tourists on the motor road that stopped and took pictures of us. we apparently were more exciting then the Bear Cub that was hanging on a tree limb not 50 feet from us.
and josh remember the trade loophole...lol

Thanks Les.....Some great advice there. I have been working a second job lately and it pays under the table. Might have to hide some of that. LOL Thanks to everyone for the kind words.
