I used to love watching Dennis Johnson play for the Celtics with Larry Bird and the other greats! He was so young.
DENNIS Johnson, a guard who played on National Basketball Association championship teams with Boston Celtics and Seattle Supersonics, died today. He was 52.

Johnson was working as coach of the Austin Toros, a development team for the Boston Celtics, when he collapsed. No cause of death has been announced.
A five-time NBA All-Star, Johnson played 1100 NBA games over 14 seasons with the Celtics, Sonics and Phoenix Suns after being selected in the second round of the 1976 NBA Draft by Seattle.
