Well if your going to talk Duke Lacrosse don't start with Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. As those 2 are only part of the problem but not even the big problem (who is that)
DUKE UNIVERSITY.
I mean who had the power to let these kids keep playing but no they CANCELLED the season and basically labeled them as GUILTY. Of course now the parents of the 3 are asking the UNIVERSITY about the legal expenses. I mean if you want to talk about responsibility look no further than DUKE UNIVERSITY.
If it had been MIKE K and the Basketball team we would not even be having this conversation. But since it was a small time sport the university had a KNEE JERK REACTION and scuttled the program.
p.s. Most of all you guys forgot one person that LOST HIS JOB. Your talking about the boys but what about the COACH as he went down with his ship. HMM, sounds like DUKE needs to be the one APOLOGIZING as they fired him. Enough of my rant.

Imus should be fired. But so should the shows producer who was talking to Imus when this all started!
Duke- Coach can't sue he quit, prosecutor will probably be disbarred shortly (being investigated). Duke will settle with students for sure!
