    for this:
2002 Playoff Piece of the Game Materials Bronze 78 Shannon Stewart Jsy 181/250 $12.00

I remember you wanting that card in the past.
    Thanks and let me know,

Well, the Caple is in my 00 Topps Traded set....Does trading the AUTO brign down the value in the factory set?

I do not know. I think the only thing that brings down the factory set is opening it, which you obviously did.

I have to disagree, as soon as it is opened, the price goes down. The reason it books more sealed is because you don't know which auto you are going to get, etc. Therefore, I say that beckett means factory sealed not just factory. How would it being in the factory box, already opened, make it worth more? I could hand collate the set and throw it in the factory box, does that make it a factory set? No. It's up to you though.

I still am pretty sure its still worth $40 because the auto is truly not a part of the set. So I guess I will do this trade...just give me some time to think..

BTW do you have any cards of Dontrelle Willis, Miguel Cabrera, or Juan Pierre? PLMK.

    Thanks

Just for clarification, Beckett means factory sealed when listing a price for a factory set. This is done to make the factory sets in demand from the companies, otherwise, there would be no reason to buy them. Once the factory set is opened, it is considered as the same as a hand collated set.

    Hope this helps...

Oh well, I see no point in buying sets just to keep them sealed. It's nice to actually SEE what you have. lol.
