Ohio State from what I know of got a lot of the team back from last year, but I still wasn't convinced on them. They were scared to play Pitt, somehow didn't play Iowa, and won the national championship on a blown call by a ref. Don't be surprised if Pitt's in the top10 next year though as they'll be fielding a great team.

Really like UVa. I think they will be good this coming year and a top 5-10 team in the 2004 season. They had a great class who played a lot as freshmen this year and think with FSU's decline, will be a dominant force in the ACC in the next few years.
Al Groh is a tremendous coach and evidently a great recruiter.

Better watch TX A&M as the new kids out of the Big XII South too. Schedule is a killer this year with Pitt and Va Tech added to a tremendously difficult conf schedule, with most toughies on the road.
But given the facilities, recent recruiting results and coach Fran's track record, keep an eye on these guys. Of course, the Big XII south might be too good for its own good. A NC might be next to impossible for anyone coming out of such a tough division.
