Clean your cookies, if your computer is overloaded with cookies and temp files, it will make things slowdown, if you don't have it already, I reccomend free internet window washer that can be downloaded at download.com, it cleans all the tempfiles, cookies etc from your computer and is free to use

Yes cleaning up your computer is recommanded. Something I do and I still have this problem. So its more with the site just not sure what that might be. Too many users online?? Dunno!
