    quick question

    ok, not to big of a football collector so i dont know about this. i have a mike alstott topps finest card but it has protective coating on it, what does this mean? does it have higher bv? any help would be appreciated

    From what I am getting from your description it is a card protector, they put them on the cards so the face of the card wouldn't get scratched. Card values are slightly higher with it on there.
