We are packing up and headed to Florida. We will be leaving here the 24th or 25th not sure yet and i figure it will take about 3 days to get there.

I am dreading the drive

it's not the drive you have to worry about it, it's the snakes in the bed, the fire ants, the small alligators floating in the toilet bowel, the killer bees under your swing on the porch that you have to worry about when you get there

I just got back from driving from Kansas to Maryland and back again. That was of course before gas prices went up a whopping .55 cents! Plus I had 3 little boys cooped up in the backseat. At least you can take your time get there safe and worry about the first hurricane when it gets there! Try to have some fun. Feel sorry for your wallet with the gas prices. But be safe and we'll still be here when you get everything set up and resume your life!

Where ya going to relocate in FLORIDA. Wish ya the best as I will be heading down there after CHRISTMAS for a little R&R with the extended family for about a week.

p.s. As Shezzie said get used to all that plus the chameleon's as they were everywhere when I went down to Lakeland years back.

Chris: after you get moved we are all ( everyone on the site ) coming down for a few weeks for fishing, beer drinking, and gator rassling :)
