I am not sure what everyone is thinking as far as shipping a package out that weighs 2 oz...But usually if I am shipping something I start at 2 oz...giving the weight of the envelope, and I usually can get up to 10 cards at times in that single #000 Envelope. Well, instead of the rate being the normal .63 like it used to be...it will now be .58! The rate for the second ounce is only .17 instead of being .24 like it used to be.
I just thought everyone should know that...
