ive got a question . what is the difference between Wal-mart,target issues & the normal PP retail?

the walmart and target are a four card pack in there blaster boxes only available at there stores and only available in their blaster boxes as for retail there is a blue parallel in every pack which you can only get in retail packs. not sure if hobby has its own color parallel or not.
