Ouch!
Yesterday I had my wisdom teeth taken out. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. When I first got there they put a blood pressure thingy on my arm and another thingy on my finger. It was fun to take a deep breathe and watch the numbers go up. haha Then they gave me laughing gas. I'm not really sure why though. My whole body went numb. I was there but I felt like I wasnt. Then I was stuck with a needle and thats all I remember until I woke up and saw my mom standing there.
I had a lot of firsts yesterday..first time being put to sleep, first surgery, and first time I've had stitches.
I think this is the worse thing that I've experienced. I havent felt too great and cant really sit up or eat anything. My left side is still super numb(I wish it'd go away..I hate that feeling!) and my right side is a big balloon! LOL
My grandma did give me a couple balloons though.
Hopefully later I'll start feelin better!

Ashley, I hope you start to feel better soon..I had to go through the same thing a couple years ago, after a week of eating nothing but Jello, Chicken Noodle Soup and Ice cream I couldnt wait to be able to eat something else..Thanks Ed
I only trade by Beckett price guide, not eBay comp or SV, TV..I also do not collect any Panini or Donruss Baseball products..

I had all four of mine extracted when I was 16 years old and all of them were impacted. That means all four corners of my mouth were stitched and I was so hungry after the second or third day, that I tried to eat a piece of pizza and ripped out two sets of the stitches. My Mom was not too pleased, when she had to take me back to the oral surgeon and have them restitched!
Hang in there, Ashley...It will be over soon and you will not have to worry about ever going through it again!

NO! you do not...i repeat do not want the numbness to go away! Not to be the bearer of bad news...but then the pain starts...just keep taking plenty of the drugs they prescribe you with...
A TIP! When I had mine out, dr told me a tip...and It prooved to be amazing...take a pair of pantyhose...thankfully my mom had some...and cut off one of the legs...then put ice in 2 ziploc bags and put them inside the hose....tie the 2 ends and wrap it around your head and wala you got 2 ice packs that when you arrange by your jaws will keep it feeling good...I should try and find the pics of when I did it...its not the look youll wanna go out in public with...but around the house it gets the job done!!
