    Hogzilla's Real Name Was Fred!!!

HOGZILLA, The monster pig that was shot by an 11 year old boy was actually raised on a farm in Alabama, and sold to the hunting reserve that he was shot in 4 days before.

So the area this animal was hunted was fenced in? Doesn't that defeat the purpose? To me, that doesn't qualify as hunting......more like..shooting fish in a barrel.

Joe: My undertsnding is the area is fenced in, and all the animals they hunt are not wild, but animals that have been raised on farms, etc.., so yes, it is like shooting fish in a barrel, and it defeats the real sport of hunting.

also, the picture has been photoshopped

Man that totally sucks as I am totally against that and have a hard time how it is LEGAL. I mean didn't Troy Gentry do a similar thing with a Bear and was going to face some time. Perhaps the creature was a wild bear from a Natural Forest or Park hence the difference and put in a area where it was killed.

p.s. Hogzilla turns out to be Fred the Friendly Fat Animal. No wonder it never charged and ran for 3 hours as it had been shot 5 times before being brought down. Going to take a little lackluster out of the whole story for the boy as now he will be BUTT's of joke for killing a PET PER SE!!

Aw, so the giant pig was actually kind of like a pet at one time. Sad.

according to the guy that owns that hunting compound or whatever you may call it, all the animals there have been raised on farms, etc.. the only wild animals there are the farm raised ones they bought that haven't been shot yet LOL

Quote " He did state that the pig was of a domestic origin which was the ONLY legal way for owner's of pig hunting preserves to stock or restock besides pigs being born on the property."
