They put 2006 product in 07. Once I get my scanner working I post a pic.
But in the 06 product the silver chrome refractors were numbered to /99

Now whether or not its still considered a true RC I'm not sure. But it is the same card from 06 with the exception of NO autograph like in 06. But it is #166 just like 06!!!!
