    Congrats to you both!!! :thummb:

    In these trying times, any job is a good job, LOL!!! Sounds like a pretty good job except for all the standing, especially if you get the 'fudge' benefits!

    I remember when I was working for the little italian restaruant that lunch/supper was ALWAYS included in the workday and was encouraged to eat by the owner. He used to holler at me if I didn't take the time to sit down to a full meal every time I worked, lol.

    Hope you get lots of ice cream and try all the flavors until you find the BEST!!! :happywave:

    Les (:->

    PS: you might try sticking a napkin in that bell to dull the ringing... of course when nobody is looking!!!

    aghh It's A LOT more work than working at the pool. There's not anywhere to sit either so my back, feet, and legs are killing me. I like to work the drive thru. That's pretty neat. I don't like the loud bell though when someone comes. scares me everytime.. lol i work 5-10 tomorrow.. everyone said it's busier at night.

    Well sorry to hear that it more work than working at the pool. Well should be fun to hear how bad it is working at night time if gets real busy. Sounds like it might be a mad house.

    p.s. Remember your talking about your body hurting you need to feel sorry for all your elders out there. As we are ancient and our bodies hurt every day. Oh well, I know mine does but my wife calls me a WUSS when I complain. So much compassion lol.

    LOL

    Well, I quit. I decided I didn't like it as much as I thought I did. And after actually working there a bit, I think it will be hard to go to school and work there at the same time. Especially if I have to work until 10. I wouldn't have much time for anything else in the evenings and I'd be too tired the next day.

    As Tim said sorry to hear you quit. Hopefully, you will find a job you enjoy more than the ice cream gig. Let us know what comes up.
