Moving Again
As some of you may know back in may i moved from Maine to Florida. September 15th i will be heading out to move back to Maine. 2 Days after my son Turns 1. Wife and the kids will fly back on the 16th. My stepfather will lfy down on the 13th to help me drive home.
Reasons for moving back well daycare is through the roof, not much for jobs unless ya wanna work at night, having a family i really dont want to do that and neither does the wife. Was gonan try working a convenience store ,but the day i went for training they told me to go home and come back tomorrow cuz they got robbed earlier that day. So i said to heck with that.
Another is we was gonna buy a house back in maine before we decided to move but really didnt like the 1350 dollar payment lol Wifes brothers House
So now we are gonna buy that house, because he is gonna owner finance it for us for 900-1000 a month for 2 years. So that way we will only need to borrow 24 grand less when we go to the bank. House is valued at 200k they had it o nthe market for $189,000 we will get it for $155K
A Deal we couldnt pass up, there you know your neighbors and ya kids can play outside and ya dont feel the need to lock your doors tighter than fort knox when ya go to sleep lol
