Steven Jackson....I think it should be a no-brainer....LJ said he might not even be ready for the season, and look at SJack's numbers last year....yardage wise, he even outgained LT.

I gotta go with Penn State!!!!!!!

Even though he is a slow starter the Chiefs rely heavy on the run! But Jackson is a threat with his pass catching abilities! Crap I've made me change my own mind! Jackson is in the NFC whereas Johnson is in the Heavily dominated Defense AFC! Take Jackson they also don't have a two headed monster in the backfield where Chiefs did bring back Holmes!!!! Something else to think about!

Exactly....also, Herm said he was gonna cut down LJ's carries this year....all the more reasons to get SJack. Jackson is in a weaker conference, and he's the only RB in St. Louis.

Steven Jackson will get you more points this year. He will get 600 yards receiving and 1,300+ yards. He may even get 12-14 TDs this year. LJ will get 16+ TDs, but not a lot of receiving yards. I had the #2 pick in one of my leagues and I went with SJ.

    Sean,
Forget what the other guys said as they not mentioned this. Who was the best RB at the last quarter of the season. Jackson was rolling as I think he had 10 td's in his last 4 games. So you know he can put up the td's if the coach keeps giving him the green light.

Your in a good situation to be in with the number two but as others have said Jackson a big time threat out of the backfield as a receiver which is something LJ is not.

If your worried about conditioning as a factor you better stay away from Jackson as he was doing 2 days of came and in between signging autographs while heading in for break. He was hitting the watermachine. He has a mantra and he is either going to blow up trying to prove it wrong or he going to take you to the Promise Land.

NO ONE REMEMBERS A ONE YEAR WONDER and I don't want to be that person. He wants the Superbowl baby. lol

p.s. I got Jackson and Gore as my two backs in my league keeper league. It going to cost me as I have about every thing riding on those two (66 percent of my salary) that is pure ludicrous. But for a guy drafting 11th there isn't no way in hell I would get two top backs with those picks if I gave them both up. I just hope neither falter.
