07 Playoff Absolute... TOOK a DIRECT HIT! It aint pretty!

I opened a few boxes of this stuff and was totally pissed-off!! 3 of the packs had NOTHING but 3 friggin' base cards each! At $30+ per pack and a GUARENTEED auto or game-used per pack .............

I won't be wasting my time and/or money on this stuff any more! Granted, they are some nice cards but the player selection pretty much SUCKS!

Some 20+ listing of ebay as of Friday night 8/7. A few more will go up Saturday.

If you deside to pick-up some of this stuff, all I can say is; Hope you have better luck than I did!

Looks like you did ok, not the best but you pulled the top two QB's from the draft. Plus, you did get a few sweet cards of some other guys. That is crap if you got 3 packs with nothing in them. I would contact Donruss/Playoff about it b/c they may make it up to you de to GUARANTEEING a gu/auto in each pack. Furthermore, the Quinn should fetch an alright price.

I bought 3 boxes tonight and did pretty crappy myself. The big hit card I had was a Frank Gore 3 Color super patch #2/5. The only problem is that it had a huge crimped crease along the entire front and back from top to bottom. It's obviously where the machine that seals the packs came up about an entire inch short. My two big hits out of last years Absolute, which were a Reggie Bush RPM RC Triple 3 color patch and coincedentally the regular Reggie Bush RPM, suffered the same fate.

As Sean said contact Playoff Inc. and see if you can get a replacement. Cali, that totally stinks if your taking big hits on the Reggie Cards as that the big pull.

p.s. If you guys don't get any reply have a e-mail to the Assistant Brand Manager if the customer service does not help you out to your satisfaction.
