chicken/dog fights

I was reading an article about this guy in Florida who is fighting to get videos of chicken fights put on the internet. I didn't finish the article because on the right there was an actual video of chickens fighting. I clicked it off. I couldn't stand to see those chickens fighting like that. I don't understand how people can do stuff like this! Or even watch! Poor little chickens!! They don't deserve to be treated like that. Just because they're an animal, doesn't mean they should be treated badly. And it's the same for dogs. I think that's even worse. Poor little things. :( I've seen stuff on Animal Planet about dog fights and stuff. It's so sad. The dogs don't look happy, they have scars and bites, and look terrible. And they have to be put to sleep because you can't adopt a dog like that. Fighting is all it knows. People who do stuff like that should be put in jail FOREVER. And people who watch should have some jail time also!! It just makes me SO mad. No animal should be treated badly. argggg
