Alan Keyes, who has twice run for president in the past, recently announced his running for '08.

I was told about Mr. Keyes via a friend, and after watching just a single debate that Alan participated in, I fell in love with his vision for America and with his moral values. The way the man talks is incredible... never a pause, a mumble, a stumble... and everything makes perfect sense. I have since watched and listened to every piece of video/audio I could find about the man as well as reading numerous pages about his life/career, etc.

He is a Republican candidate, and he is rather conservative. But I personally think everyone can relate to a lot of what he has to say. He does not spend endless hours in debates and in interviews rambling on and on about how such issues as Gay Adoption are at the forefront of everyone's mind and his campaign like most of his opponents. He instead focuses on the real issues at hand, the big problems that our country has; the MAIN issues that blow up and spawn off all of the small problems that all the other candidates rant about. As Ronald Reagan said, "I've never known a more stout-hearted defender of a strong America than Alan Keyes".
