    Paul, it is up to whoever is running a contest to set the rules however they decide they want to set them..Once the rules for a contest are set and posted they should be followed.Thanks Ed
    I only trade by Beckett price guide, not eBay comp or SV, TV..I also do not collect any Panini or Donruss Baseball products..
