Trouble giving feedback
I am receiving PMs from the Help Desk to leave feedback for completed trades, but when I go to the link the PM provides to leave feedback at, I get this message:
stewart20rulz, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

don,
this is what i did,
copy the url link that the pm gives you. go to the itrader page and click that trader and then from there you know what to do.

Just to let you know Les and others have been discussing this with the coder to make the system better. Trust me it not always a easy fix as when the site upgrades one thing something else needs to be adjusted. So be patient and the system will be better than you can imagine.
p.s. I would suggest this if you two want or others. Send a pm to someone on the team how to make the Trading System the best possible. The team has posted all kind of suggestions but you know what the more input the better the system can be. That just my thought so thought I mention that for you guys and gals to share your opinions in possibly a thead you start.

I agree with what Don says... we are looking to hear about ANY suggestions to help make the Trade Manager & Feedback systems better.
The coder that is working on this has been dilligently working on fixing any bugs or glitches within the system and getting it to all work properly. Please bear with us as we get this all ironed out. One of the important things is that we do this a little at a time and not lose any of the important info as we do these upgrades.
I truly think that once all the bugs get worked out, you will find the system very easy to use and manage. As you have seen, the PM's are starting to arrive now, but the feedback link protion needed more tweaking. We are on the right track, and hopefully the changes made tonight will help with all of the new trades being done.
Feel free to let any of the team members know if you still encounter further errors and we will get them addressed as quickly as possible.

Alright!!!!!!!!! Looks like it's fixed!!! I just got a pm from recent trade to leave feedback, and link worked. thank you for getting this thing fixed.
