Good Mail Day!
Got an Emeka Okafor Ultimate GU Auto/75 in today that made me happy but then also had a sturdy mailer from Carlsbad, CA and the address was Sea Otter Place. Knew that is the address for Upper Deck and that I was supposed to be getting a Darmir Markota auto in from one of redemptions I got in a mini box last year and I open it up and see that it looks like a couple of cards in there.
The first one I see is what looks like an older card and it is... a 01-02 UD Inspirations Emanuel (Manu) Ginobili RC/2999. Checked the BV and it's worth $35. I'd have take that as a replacement for the Darmir Markota, ha but the best card in the package was the other one.... an 06-07 Ultimate Gold Leandro Barbosa Ultimate Numbers Auto 3/10.

Wow, THANKS UPPER DECK! That was a truly great replacement and I'm thrilled Darmir didn't have time to sign or you ran out or whatever the case was. Ha! I had actually had heard my local shop owner telling someone some redemption replacement stories last weekend and I said.... "I wish they'd replace the one I have coming" and look at that! They did!

UPDATE: That may not have been a Damir Markota replacement. I got an email from UD today telling me they had sent my card out today!!! I think that may have been a NPN offer that I sent in a long time ago. We shall see!
