hey, for each index card u mail in do you get something. base cards? or is it just randomized with inserts?

You only get something if you get drawn. So, no you don't get something for each index card you send in. Inserts, Auto's, GU's & Rookies are what people usually receive. I did however get a few base from Fleer right near the end of their demise.
