    It is still deceptive practice to not mention whether the film is on or not in the auction (especially if it isn't). The card comes with the film, the industry prefers the film so it is a big deal. Not mentioning that would make most collectors assume the film is on. You got jipped in my opinion.

    With ebay, one thing I have learned over the years is to never assume anything.

    BGray I agree but I learned one more thing never bid on a card with no picture.
