Topps Is Simply The Best, In My Opinion!

Well I figured Id share this story with you guys of my rescent run in with Topps. We've all boughten our share of 2007 Topps Chrome cards, well not but a week or two ago I bought two of them Blaster boxes when I was out shoppin with the GF

Upon opening them, I notice a few of the Refractor cards had dinged lower left corners really wierd lookin dings to not dropped on the corner ding... Im talkin like shouldnt have made the print run dings, I dont know how this happens but it was only a few of the refractor cards in the box... The majority of the cards were fine...

When Im done, both boxes have a total of 4 refractor cards that are messed up pretty good. (3 blues and a regular)

Side note: no autos were pulled from either box!

After opening them, I had told a friend I got these boxes and I was to call him when Im done and let him know how I did... Well I tell him that the best card in the one box wasa some Chris Henry RC Blue Refractor but its severely damaged! I told him a total of 4 cards appear to have simular damage. He then brings up sending them back, the thought hadnt even crossed my mind being they were such low end cards.

Well end up sending them back within the next several days. Now its a week or two later, and what comes in the mail today?

I got a package from the HOBBY KING TOPPS! In this package is a letter, in the letter is a few cards between some of them white thick spacer cards... Its all new Refractors of the ones I sent in! ... Upon reading the letter it says they were able to replace my damaged cards, cause it was within so many days of the product release. The fun dont stop there... The letter also goes on to say for being a supportive costumer theyve included some other things for the inconvenience... Much to my SURPRISE they included a

Nothin Super Huge, but for the issue at hand I am more than AMAZED! 2 Autos when I didnt even pull one to begin with, Gotta Love It!

Topps is a great company...

Last year I bought two boxes of Topps Football Heritage boxes from Target. When I opened them it was all manager MLB cards from 1997 :|

I called and they wanted me to send them in and they would investigate. I guess sometimes people take out the goods and replace them inbetween shipping. Target must have gotten a bad batch.

Everything was replaced for me.

I can not say enough good about Topps.
