You are never too safe..
As most of you know whether in school or not, there has been a massive increase in gang violence at schools within the last year or so. Most of us are lucky enough to live in a beautiful suburb, or something at least sub-par where many kids have absolutely NOTHING at these larger city schools [i'm specifically referring to Cleveland]. I live in a great [although sometimes 'boring'] suburb about 45 minutes out of Cleveland. It's a great town I live 9 houses from Brady Quinn and his girlfriend, and a few minutes away from Browns WR Braylon Edwards, and "Z" Cavs Center is a regular at all our high school football games.
But back to the main point.
Today something happened that I never thought would, or could. After many bomb threats to a nearby school, not to mention the threats made on a bathroom wall at my school a week ago, a 16 year old boy shot and killed 2 of his fellow students in a classroom. One of which was my cousin. Authorities suspect another act of gang violence. Whether your on the Westside of Cleveland, or in the nicest of suburbs you can be a victim. And my cousin is not some "thug" or gang banger...he was a an A and B student that played football and baseball and never got a detention in his life. Innocent always get hurt. Please say a prayer and do whatever you can in your personal community to put such violence to a halt.

I'm sorry man, one of my friends back in the suburbs of Connecticut was shot and killed a couple weekends ago over some dispute.

eaglesfan005- You are so right that no one is ever safe. We live in a nice Miami suburb and one kied killed another a few years back at my daugther's middle school.
