    Refractor Bgs Grading Question!

    does bgs grade refractors with refractor lines down?

    i have a couple topps chrome refractors i want to get graded but they have a refracotr line on the card...will this get a lower grade? plmk

    Yeah that will affect the surface grade I am pretty sure.
