hello again lol, i checked and i actually do have a charles johnson card you may need, i have a:

2007 Leaf Certified Materials Mirror Gold Signatures/25

only problem is that it is a redemption and you would have to send it in b/c he probably hasn't turned in his autos yet or something of that nature to where the card wasn't ready when LCM came out, i pulled this from a box and haven't filled it out yet so i don't know if you wanna go through that or not, either way lmk, thanks.
