    Donruss Replacements

I got 3 replacement gu's that I sent in to Donruss yesterday. Two of the cards were fine, but one of my replacements was damaged on all the corners. It was only an Eli Manning pants card, but it still makes me mad that my replacement card that i got was damaged.

Sort of makes you wonder if anyone at these companies actually cares? I would take a picture and send a JPEG file to them and ask, "Why?"

A lot of the cards that come back from Donruss are as bad as the ones sent. Some look like they have just been thrown in a box, chips, frayed corners, scratches, etc. I have sent some back as many as four times.

However it took three tries to get a clean Turkey Jersey from Topps and they wanted a new proof of purchase and receipt each time.
