Please someone help me with value....

I saw that Cutler and Addai were published as far as pricing goes in the new Becket, but still no Leinart....

It is the Target Exclusive Star Rookie with the Gold Lettering....

Cutler is $300
Addai is $200

Is the leinart more limited than these 2 and thus the reason for not value being published?
