The whole damn family from Cleveland is coming up, so the house is gonna be packed. (Aunt, Uncle, three cousins and their three wives, their collective 5 kids, and my grandma.)
Then I'm gonna sit back, eat turkey, and watch some football!

enigma- that is one special T-Day gift, you da man. As for me I go to my uncle's house and just lay back. It's always completely informal and easy going. We watch football, well, I do atleast.
I have a wedding to go to the next day (on Friday) so I may just take it easy and leave the adult beverages alone.

Tony - You'll be in my neck of the woods! I'm about an hour west of Asheville...will be driving through there Thanksgiving night most likely
Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday also...love turkey with the intensity of 1,000 suns!
Here's what usually happens, hope everything stays the same - turkey lunch, football, nap, turkey supper, drive 4 hours to my brothers, wake up early, hunt Friday and Saturday morning, drive 4 hours home (hopefully with a nice 8-10 pointer!), have another turkey supper Saturday night...then leftovers for as long as they'll last!
I'm disappointed...no other hunters in here?

Taking a nap

I'll go out in the field for a few hours to do some Bambi hunting on my property then I will be spending my Thanksgiving watching the legendary Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers at Ford Field in Detroit since my shift just happens to fall on that day.I'll be off work at 6pm and head home to my family and enjoy my time with my wife and kids and go right back to work at 6am Friday morning...
