    Air Force crushed Notre Dame

I guess it is not that big of a victory, but from an Air Force guy it is sweet!

Now the big question is whether or not Charlie Weis will be back next season as coach of the Irish.

My guess is that he won't be.

    Charlie will be back.
Can't say the same for his assistants!

I was at the game yesterday and it was not a pretty thing to watch as an Irish fan!

The left side of the offensive line really needs some work. They better keep a back in to help Jimmy Clausen from getting maimed in the remaing two games!

Of coarse the defense needs work also.

Also I think the team really suffers in the lack of leadership from the quarterback position. That will improve the longer Jimmy is around Charlie.

The last time the Irish had a losing season this bad was in 1963 when they went 2 and 7.

    The recruiting is excellent.

Two years and the Irish are right back in the thick of things.
