the problem i see with this is that the seller may still not want to do it because he/she would NOT be covered by paypal if they send to any other address than the one that appears on the paypal, which would be yours. i have sold to some people who said send to me at such and such address which was not the same as paypal and i refused because i was burnt by a buyer who said i sent to wrong address and paypal refunded there $$.
i understand your problem, but the seller would only be trying to protect themselves in this case.

there is no problem with any seller yet.and there wasnt a problem in the past.
the only problem i am faced with is,i dont have an address in the US.i would ask any seller before bidding if its ok to ship to address XYZ inside the US,but payed by my paypal-account.which includes a different delivery address.

or is there anything i have understand wrong?

I did try to have sellers send to a different address than my paypal one and it didn't work. Good luck.

it worked for me in the past,so why shouldnt it work in the future?
oh i forgot,dont have an US-address....

so big thanks to sealedpwr that he is helping me out with at least an address in canada!
