    Why so much?

    I have a Roberto Alomar autograph graded from BGS and over the past couple months, it got a little scratched up. When I sent an e-mail to beckett, they replied saying that it would be $5 for a new case and $18 for shipping!!! Why are they charging so much for shipping?
