NPN Questions.
Hey, I have never done any NPNs before so I sent in about 15 yesterday. Under the description of NPNs on the NPN page it says they ussualy send the cards out 1-2 weeks after the dates it has to be postmarked by but in the NPNs recieved thread I see people have already recieved NPNs that have not reached there maximum date yet such as 2003-04 EX and others. Why is this? Also I have seen people saying they recieved base cards, I thought NPNs were just for non 1:1 inserts? Thanks in advance for the help.

Fleer gives base inserts and goes on a first come first serve basis. Topps waits until the due date then draws for inserts.
