2007 Donruss Threads Hobby Box
I've been thinking about getting this box, I heard its a popular box.
What does everyone think about this box? Is it worth it?

They're pretty decent boxes...I've got two this year. Pulled a Calvin Johnson/Dwayne Bowe/Anthony Gonzalez Triple GU out of one and JaMarcus Russell/Calvin Johnson/Anthony Gonzalez/Dwayne Jarrett Triple GU out of the other. Wasn't very impressed with the autos though...Amobi Okoye RC Auto #/100 and Billy Howton Gridiron Kings Auto #/500....
I'm a big fan of the Donruss products though...I've got boxes of Threads, Gridiron Gear and Leaf Certified Materials this year. All about the same price...I liked Gridiron Gear the best, but the hits were 3 GU (although one was Favre and one was Joe Thomas Triple Prime GU #/50)...the LCM gave me the best hit, Bart Starr TOTG Dual GU #/15 (Deshawn Wynn was the auto out of that one). So they all had their upside...but overall I'd say they're all pretty good boxes.

It's all luck of the draw really...my buddy bought a box and pulled a Drew Stanton JSY, Shaun Alexander JSY, and a no-name auto. However, I have seen good stuff come out of them...he must have just got a bad box.

Threads is a decent box...but beware of the SCF curse, GK Billy Howton Auto #/500...lol
GG and LCM are good choices as well...

Ive bought 2 boxes and had the SCF curse with the Howton Auto. Also got a Ryan McBean.
Having said that pulled a Brady Quinn RC Patch and Jags Triple GU.
