got the customary bs letter you are not guaranteed this or that or whatever,i know that but you should be guarantted 8 packs in a box and not 7.glad they sent me 2 packs but i,m still waiting on my redemption replacements that they supposedly mailed out 3 weeks ago.oh by the way if you guys notice whenever you get a letter from upperdeck no one has the guts to sign or write their name or phone extension just more of my problems with upperdeck.sorry for the rant i know they sent 2 packs and trust me i,m happy about that but their customer service could be so much better take care steve

I have a question about missing cards too, because I opened a box of UD Artifacts Basketball and 2 packs had only 3 cards, with one pack having 2. How did you contact them? Want what I paid for this stinking box.
